Bold Brow By Dani is a Toronto based microblading specialist who was looking to redesign her logo and overall brand strategy to coincide with her current company vision. We went through stages of brainstorming and ideation to reach a direction that included her own hand drawn microbladed brow that was digitally interpreted for the logo.
The new logo represents the strength behind the female driven brand and also gives a taste of what a microbladed brow could look like. It's clear and succinct in its direction, making it easy to understand and recognize. Creating the business card and aftercare card came fluidly as we had established her colour palette as pale nude with white and grey accents. Currently, we are working on the website as the next phase of the branding project.
With the use of Wully’s iconic buffalo check print, this hangtag booklet reflects the brands bold personality and strong mission behind using all vegan materials. The booklet features the Wully story, social impact as a brand, as well as the behind the scenes design process. The final version was printed on a silk finish cardstock, which matches the velvety hand feel of the collection’s zipper pulls and soft interior lining.
Cha Naturals founder Anne Huang-Power has an endearing story of how she started her all natural tea based skin care line. She was diagnosed with lupus and in a search for products that were better for her, she formulated her most popular product The Supernatural Serum.
Her logo incorporates her Chinese roots with the traditional Chinese character for tea - highlighted in her logo. The two green leaves represent the foundation of all the products in her line, which are all tea-based. Overall, the final logo is well balanced and the green tones help make it soothing to the eyes.
Yee Hong Annual Report
The Yee Hong Annual Report for 2016-2017 was a graphic layout project that summarizes the mission, vision and valued of Yee Hong as well as statistics from the year prior. The booklet theme was based off of the cover that was designed by another graphic designer. In collaboration with the team at the office, an English and Chinese version of the Annual Report were produced and printed to highlight the success' of the year before.
Arlene Paculan's Album and Single covers were a collaborative effort to feature the talented musician's more sophisticated songs. The featured landscape photos were proudly taken by Arlene herself and it really helped capture the overall look and feel of the songs in the Album. Tasteful and chic, her Album and Single ‘ Home With You’ truly reflect the artist’s love for music, travel and life.
